![]() ![]() To that end, we built a simple, affordable service for showing live PC screens over the Internet. It must connect instantly and reliably to anyone from anywhere on the Internet. Customers want a solution they can master in under a minute. While there is always a need for improved communication tools, traditional web and video conferencing solutions are often too complex, too over-featured and too expensive. They talk together on phone for billions of minutes. Each day, people send billions of emails and faxes to each other. From their web site: At Glance Networks, we believe people need a simple way to work together at a distance. ]]> Continued: What is an ESB? Kingsley Uyi Idehen Glance is a cool service and technology for sharing your desktop (demos, support, etc.) with others via the Internet. Usual in our industry there is a shortage of concise and unadulteratedĭescriptions of ESB the product moniker and its value proposition. It likely requires a permanent change which I am both unable and unwilling to do.Buzzword decibels are rising on the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and as per Windows 10 has been out for quite some time and prevents unsigned drivers driver signature verification is enabled for security reasons.Įven with "temporary" disabling the driver signature enforcement, I was unable to get the manager to work. Shame on Sena for putting out/using an unsigned driver with no resolution. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. I have confirmed within my Device Manager the following Error when the Sena product attempts to connect: I also have a ticket open and it will be interesting to see how long until I get a response. You also need to submit your updated drivers for 64-bit Windows 10 to Microsoft for signing.įailure on your part to address this, or even to acknowledge it is sheer laziness on your part, and I'll be posting this all over in the forums to hopefully help others avoid the many hours I had to spend resolving the problems caused by Sena shortcomings. Almost NOBODY still runs the long obsolete Windows XP, yet a huge section of your inf file is devoted to those drivers, while current OSes are unsupported. You SERIOUSLY need to update you drivers. (bcdedit /set testsigning on) - this requires a reboot, and after installing the drivers, it must be re-enabled for system security and safety. I resolved by temporarily disabling signed driver checks. The problem is that 64 bit Windows 10 demands that device drivers be signed by Microsoft, and Sena refuses to send them for signing." "I know this is old, but it is an old problem that Sena STILL refuses to fix. ![]() To make long story short, an old usb driver from RAZOR was the cause why my 10S headset was not recognized by the sena device manager. Than I re-connected everything again like I did it before restarted the device manager and TAAADAAAA! Sena 10S headset was recognized. Can it be that this old driver interacts somehow with the driver from Sena? Okay, right click on the “RAZOR” device and un-installed it with deletion of the drivers. But I have used a razor mouse in the past. ![]() Hä, WTF a computer mouse from “RAZOR”? But I am using mouse from another vendor. I had a look again into the windows device manager and I was able to find a device with the “?” and it was identified as “RAZOR” computer mouse. So, back to the device manger and again: unable to recognize usb device I tried it and yes, my device was recognized without issues. If this works the device manager should in theory recognize the headtset. With the program UsbCheck.exe you can check the connection again. You can find the programms in the Sena installation path under “Programs”Ĭ:\Program Files (x86)\Sena Technologies\SenaBluetoothDeviceManager It is the same check like during the installation of the software. Than I have found a video at youtube were a guy explains how to re-install the driver and how to check the usb-connection. I have checked the USB- cable, tried a different USB-port but issue was still there. But after the installation was completed the Sena device manager was not able to recognize my headset. During installation the device was recognized. I had the same issue with my Sena Headset 10s on my Windows 7 64Bit Laptop. ![]()
